• Job Description: Ms. Burnett is responsible for ensuring that the WTPA members are current on all credentialing / re-credentialing matters. She also works very closely with the managed care entities in meeting the Networks’ requirements.

•  Job Description: Ms. Hazard is responsible for addressing all phone inquiries and routing the inquiries to the appropriate personnel for follow-up. She is also responsible for handling all the invoicing and payment transactions.
